Fiona Gazzard – Guiding women home to themselves

You may be here because you woke up one day and realised your life doesn’t feel like your own anymore.

Maybe it never really has.

Perhaps you’ve spent years doing what was expected of you.

  • Listening to louder voices.
  • Putting yourself last.
  • Meeting everyone else’s needs while slowly losing sight of your own.

Over time, it becomes difficult to know what you want, what you believe, or even who you are beneath all the responsibilities and expectations.

You’re not broken.

You don’t need fixing.

You’ve simply lost touch with yourself – your dreams.

My work is about helping you reconnect with who you are, trust yourself again, and find the courage to build a life that feels true.

A life that finally feels like your own.

Because you don’t need to burn everything down.

You need to find your way home to yourself.

To live a life that fulfils you, is more peaceful, and more impactful.

I know because I’ve been there

In June 2025, I crossed the Channel from France back to England in a £300 Vauxhall Vectra with my two huskies and as many of my belongings as I could fit into the car.

Just a few months earlier, I thought I knew what the future held.

I’d built a life in France. I had plans, dreams, and a vision for what came next.

Then everything changed.

What had once felt like a dream became something I could no longer stay in, and I was faced with a choice: remain where I was and slowly lose myself, or take a leap into the unknown and trust that I could rebuild.

So I came home.

I had no plan.

But somewhere deep down, I knew I deserved better than merely surviving.

The journey back wasn’t the end of the story. In many ways, it was only the beginning.

Since then, I’ve been rebuilding my life one step at a time.

I’ve navigated uncertainty, grief, financial pressure, and the challenge of starting over. I’ve discovered strengths I didn’t know I possessed and learned to trust myself in ways I never have before.

Most importantly, I’ve learned that being lost isn’t a permanent condition.

Sometimes life falls apart because something deeper is trying to come together.

Today, I help other women navigate those turning points.

Not because I’ve got life all figured out.

Not because I’ve never struggled.

But because I’ve walked through my own dark woods, and I know how powerful it can be to have someone beside you while you find your way home to yourself.

You don’t need to have all the answers today.

You just need the courage to take the next step.
